To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Sonioro will cover the cost of return shipping for items with verified manufacturing defects. We will provide you with a prepaid return label upon approval of your return request.
