• Same Day Shipping: We know how excited you are to receive your new treasure! That's why we offer same-day shipping for all orders placed before 10:00 AM (local time).
• Order Processing: Any orders placed after 10:00 AM will be lovingly processed and shipped on the very next business day.
• Rare cases: While we always strive for perfection, life can sometimes be a little unpredictable. In very rare circumstances, your order might take a little longer than our usual 1-2 business days. Should this happen, please know we will notify you immediately.

From the day you receive your order, you have 14 days to decide if it’s right for you, if not we can take care of it for you.

Condition of Returned Items

Please remember to return the jewel in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging! Once received, we will check for its quality and if all goes right, approve it. Once the approval is granted, we will swiftly initiate the refund process on our end. 

Refunds Made Simple

After the refund is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10-15 business days. For us, your convenience always comes first. So Sonioro covers the cost of return shipping and provides a prepaid label as well!
