Easy Returns – 14 Days Window

If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery. No questions asked – simply let us know, and we will guide you through a smooth return process.

Conditions for Return

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Customized or engraved pieces are not eligible for return, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Items showing signs of wear and tear or damage caused by improper handling will not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once the refund is initiated.

Free Return Shipping

To make it hassle-free, we cover the return shipping cost. You will receive a prepaid return label when your request is approved.

Replacement & Exchange
